Stand taller with this at-home Arm + Back Barre Sculpt Workout to improve your posture, build lean muscle, and relieve back pain.
We'll be using light dumbbells to help increase intensity, burn fat, without injury.
Building a strong back can help in your daily life (say bye-bye to back pain) & in your other movements like running or squats.
I recommend doing this workout 3x/week for best results - especially if you're sitting a lot on your computer.
Equipment: 2x 3 lb dumbbells
