12 MIN INTENSE BOOTY LIFT
Finally, a booty routine that WON'T grow your quads! No squats, lunges, or jumps. This way, we can put the focus on BOOTY isolation & train less of our thighs.
So if you're like me and have trouble isolating your glute muscles, then this booty workout will help make those sleepy glutes sculpt and lift!
Add an ankle weight to add more definition and create stronger mind-body connection to your booty. If you're a beginner, do this workout without the ankle weights first, and then add them when you feel stronger.
In this workout you're going to experience moves you've probably never seen before, and that's because they are dance-inspired movements that strengthen while lengthening.
