This is how I stay healthy and productive on the weekends. 🍂 And this is a glimpse into what a Saturday looks like for me while the weather is still warm during the day, and cool in the evenings.

What I got from the Farmer's Market:
- low caffeine coffee
- organic blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
- fresh bluefin ahi fish
- hummus without seed oils
What I got from Costco:
- sheep skin rug
- grass fed beef
- wild scallops
- we went back and got the 50" TV!
