This is how I stay healthy and productive on the weekends. 🍂 And this is a glimpse into what a Saturday looks like for me while the weather is still warm during the day, and cool in the evenings.

What I got from the Farmer's Market:

  • low caffeine coffee
  • organic blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
  • fresh bluefin ahi fish
  • hummus without seed oils

What I got from Costco:

  • sheep skin rug
  • grass fed beef
  • wild scallops
  • we went back and got the 50" TV!
