I've spent years of my life stressed out and bogged down by my past. I tried meditating before and it only made my negative thoughts louder. I didn't understand it, and it felt isolating and unproductive. I kept waiting to feel results, but they never came.
But then I discovered guided meditations. A form of meditating that shifted me out of a negative headspace and into a positive mindset. Meditating for just 10 minutes in the morning would completely change my day: I'd feel confident, optimistic, and less reactive.
