Written from my education and experience as a yoga, barre, and pilates instructor, former Laker Girl, professional Ballroom dancer, and ballerina, my aim in this program is for you to be able to do the splits after 30 days! Plus I have a video dedicated to strengthening your feet and legs so you can do standing splits as well.
Each video is follow-along style, meaning I will do each stretch with you, motivating you each step of the way. You do not have to think about anything - the program is laid out for you so that you just hit "next" for the next day's video. When you login with your unique username and password, it will open up to where you last left off - pretty cool, right?
Plus I've also included a downloadable ebook that lists each yoga pose, so you can take Splits30 with you to the beach, or anywhere!
Remember that it's about improving yourself - not obtaining a perfect pose. The journey to the splits is, well, a journey. You must be patient, consistent, and learn to enjoy each day and every bit of progress. And I will help you do that every step of the way.

No such thing as being bad at yoga!! You do not need any yoga experience to do this program. I will teach you everything you need to know, show you modifications, and keep you safe everyday. Your flexibility will improve, and so will your yoga practice.
This course does not guarantee that you will be able to do the splits in 30 days. Everybody has a different starting point, so you may take longer than 30 days. Keep repeating the course until you achieve the splits.
The program is laid out for you to do one video, 7 days a week. Each video is anywhere from 18-28 minutes long.
