Barre For Beginners (Full Body)

This workout fuses ballet & barre together to create lean, defined & strong muscles from head to toe while still being gentle on the joints. There is no equipment and no jumping.
We will start with a quick warm-up, get into the workout and end with a much deserved cool-down.
I'll be with you the entire time to cheer you on and offer modifications.
Do what you can and be proud of yourself for showing up. 💞
